Vigilant Personal: A Geopositioned Time-Tracking Solution

Vigilant Personal is a time-tracking app designed to complement the Vigilant Control Horario web platform. Working alongside the biometric time clock (a fixed device on the wall connected to the GPRS network) and the Vigilant time clock app (for smartphones with NFC card reading), Vigilant Personal provides solutions for managing the attendance and time tracking of remote workers, groups, routes, sporadic presences, and occasional work.

With Vigilant Personal, authorized workers can clock in at their workplace without the need for fixed devices or supervisor management. The app geopositions time entries, providing authenticity and trust.

To clock in, simply press the "Clock In" button, and once the reading is complete, the entry can be viewed instantly on the web platform. The clocking process is straightforward: select the workplace, choose the clock-in type (if necessary), and confirm.

The web platform offers a complete service of comparative reports and alerts, including hours worked, delays, medical attendance, paid leave, absence, notice of non-incorporated persons, and more.
